Bigfoot Pilates:  A fun fusion of Pilates, Barre/Sculpt, and Interval training.  Toning, strengthening, and heart-pumping, this class will often incorporate props, will be done to great music, and will make you feel great inside and out.  PIlates is a form of low impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles and improve postural alignment. Pilates focuses on the core which includes the trunk, abs, hips, inner and outer thighs, and back but, truly, you will get a full body workout.
