Group Rate Day Passes

Is your School, Church, Daycare or Summer Camp looking for a super fun Field Trip? We offer great group rates. We also host School Spirit nights. Please call or email Bigfoot Climbing Gym at 828.608.0995 or [email protected] to set up a time to bring your group.

16-25 Participants $18/ per person

26-35 Participants $17/ per person

36+ $16/per person

Shoe rentals included in group rates.

We do require chaperones for large groups.

Party Room and Dedicated Climbing Area $50/ per hour*

*The last 15 min of the scheduled Party Room area will be used for clean up.

  • All food, drinks, paper products and utensils are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Events must be book 2 weeks in advance.
  • $50 non refundable deposit is required for Birthday Parties or Room Reservations.

SCHOOL SPIRIT NIGHT

We're excited to offer a fun, active, and memorable experience for your students.

Our gym features a variety of activities to keep kids engaged, including foosball, ping pong, and—of course—plenty of climbing! The cost is $20 per climber, which includes climbing shoes. As a bonus, $5 from each admission will be donated back to your school.

To help us plan accordingly, please let us know your preferred date and time—just be sure to give us at least 2 weeks’ notice. If you have 35 or more climbers attending, we’ll reserve the entire gym exclusively for your school!

On our website you’ll find our waiver, which must be completed for each participant in order to climb. We kindly ask that your school collect payments ahead of time so we can prepare for the expected number of climbers.
